I'm 4 1/2 months post C section with my 4th and each month I've had what I've been calling a "phantom period" but I'm starting to think it's more.
My tummy is sore to the touch right above my pelvic bone, the cramping has me down, which is difficult considering all of the crap I have to do in a day..
So far this has happened once a month, around 8 to 10 days each time, since having my LO via 2nd C sect.
My 1st C sect was not hard to recover from at all but this time around is quite the opposite.
I have still not had an actual period either.
