Prostap - for heavy periods

Hi all, I am 48. I was put on prostap for heavy periods after all investigation failed to find a cause. I started 3 monthly injections on 18/08/2015 along with livall hrt. My periods stopped within 4 weeks. I was on the injections for 1 year with no bleeding at all. It was like a new lease of life for me!! I had severe hot flushes but could cope with them. I was told by my consultant prostap may push me into menopause due to my age which I was hoping for. Unfortunately I started bleeding on 14/02/2017 that's been over 2 weeks now and still bleeding. Anyone had similar experience?
