Hi all, I am thinking of buying a TENS machine - it would be great to hear about any experiences good and bad?

I use one for my back, every now and again as I have damaged muscles and I could be doing something or nothing and it just goes, it really helps. Not used it for endo tho but it does help with my back pain sorry if it's not much help x

Hey that's great to hear - my endo actually spreads to my back so that's really great info! Think I'll definitely try it out thanks.

I use one its brilliant, i use it when im trying to get to sleep but im in to much pain and when im at work . I would advise it to anyone its another tactic against the pain.
