Extreme exhaustion.

Recently I've been crazy tired and not just a normal amount. I can have the best nights sleep or not use that much energy in the day and I'll still end up not being able to make it through a whole day without crashing. It's getting frustrating because most of the time I'm too tired to do the things I need to do or I'll fall asleep and miss things and when I wake up I feel like a hundred times worse. Is there anything that can help with this??

I feel like this at times it is really draining. I have noticed I mostly feel like it when my iron levels are low and I need a course of iron tablets. Worth getting it checked as it really does make a difference. Problem is it doesn't last long, as you can only have the tablets in 3 month increments and it start a bit of a vicious cycle.
