Hi, my name is Sara and I'm new to this site or any site for that matter! I'm on here I guess looking for people who have gone through what I've been through, who can give me advice, share their stories and offer support! And I hope to do the same!

Hi lovely, welcome! I have only been on here since November I think. I had surgery on 6th December. Have you had surgery or are you waiting? Hope you're ok xxx

Thank you! Yes I had laparoscopy done November as a diagnostic procedure, it was found that I have endo.. so I'm trying to hear other people's stories on how they live with this!

Hi! I have been having pain in my right side since the 12th Dec, at first it was thought to be appendicitis, but a CT scan showed a cyst in my right ovary. I had a laparoscopy on Monday with the intention to remove the cysts. Instead I got diagnosed with Endo. I hadnt even heard of this problem before monday so you can imagine how suprised I was/am.

I had a few complications with the general anesthetic/gas and ended up with a catheter and hospitalised for a week. Just got out of the hospital yesterday and had my first Prostap injection yesterday too :) not too sure what is gonna happen now as I am still super new to all of this, but reading other peoples stories really helps put my concerns at ease!

I hope you are okay and that you arent in too much pain or anything!

Thank you! Actually the only time I experience pain is during my menstrual cycle, I get intense cramps but have always had cramps during my periods. I actually had my left ovary and fallopian tube removed when I was 14 due to 2 cyst the doctors said were the size of softballs and one torsed along with a benign tumor on the fallopian tube. Then recently was having pain on my right side as well and got checked out to find I had another small cyst on my right ovary and as part of diagnotics I went in for my first laparoscopy in Nov. and it was found I have endo as well..

It is helpful to hear others stories and to share mine! I know my biggest concern through all this is being able to conceive, it's sooo important to me and I'm curious to know how many out there have been able to have children with these same issues!
