I'm wondering how many women have had successfully completed removal of endo?

Removal and not have it return.

I've read many go through this surgery but I'm not sure how many actually remain pain free for years after or better for life long relief?

Is there any such thing as life long relief from pain and issues caused by endo and it's treatments?

I did some research before I had my surgery for endo and to be honest I found a really mixed bag of experiences. Some people said they had removal and were pain free for over a decade where others felt their pain returned in a matter of weeks. It doesn't seem there is any Rhyme or reason to the effectiveness of the surgery in regards to how much or how long it helps. Most experiences I read though showed that surgery helped symptoms for a period of time but eventually people needed further surgery at some point or other treatment.

I'm currently 2+ months post 1st Lap and have to say I have noticed a marked improvement in pelvic pain and also my first period was a 100xs better then it has been so all in all quite positive. Hopefully the benefits will last a good while 😊
