First time posting. Need some advice

Hello ladies

Sorry ladies if it's a long post just after some advice.

Last October I had the merina coil put in during a laparoscopy. Everything has settled and the bleeding is light spotting every now and Again.

I had a stressful job this year and I have recently left and took on a new job in retail with only 6-10 shifts 5 days a week. I have to get up at 4:30 to get ready and get into work on time. I am getting more than enough sleep but the exhaustion is killing me of. I'm so drained I'm crying all the time. The pain is controllable at the minute but I can not cope with how exhausted I am. It's at the point where I am snapping at my kids. Is there anything I can do for my energy levels? I've tried eating healthy and different diets but nothing helps.

Please help a very down mummy with any advice.

Rebecca xx

Hi. Perhaps go and see your GP. In addition to endo I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. My doc decided my tiredness was due to me not sleeping deeply enough and prescribed amitryptolene. It's been great, really has helped me feel less tired. Might not be the answer for you, and I know some gps are better than others but could be worth a visit. Also a blood test, it could be low iron, or a prob with your thyroid. A doc should check for all these things before prescribing. Hope you get some answers soon.
