Trying to conceive with pcos and endo, pain has gone!

Not sure if anyone can help but this is a bit bizarre.

I came off the pill at the end on January and as a result have suffered with excruciating pain on Day 1 of my menstrual cycle and then a lower level of pain until around day 14-16, at which point it stops until a few days before I'm due on again.

This month I spotted on day 1 and 2, day 3 I didn't bleed but my bad pain started, had my period on day 4, 5 and 6 and now no pain since!

I am very regular in terms of cycle length, I definitely ovulated this month and last. All negative pregnancy tests. Could the lack of pain mean something.

I'm not sure what I'm looking for in your answers. Anyone experienced this and found they were pregnant or not?
