is it normal for my endo to flare up when ill. I've been constantly ill since June and with every new cold flu or bug it all flares up, getting much worse all the time. is this normal, and how can i make it easier to deal with?

Do you mean the stomach flu?
I thought I got the stomach flu or food poisoning once a month and it turned out just being my period, with endo it's pretty common to think you have the flu when you're on your period.
When I went on my first birth control pill the symptoms stopped and I was so weirded out by it.
I got chills, nausea, leg pain, back pain, and diarrhea.
But endo is also an autoimmune disease so it could be that, I know I get uti's and test infections all the time.
Hi, when I had cold or viral infection, I had flare up of Endo. More pain etc. I guess we can only try to boost our immune system with good diet, exercises and not feeling stressd? x
