Bleeding

Hi

I had a mirena coil fitted back in December 2015 it's settled down I don't have much bleeding it hasn't done much with the pain so I had 3 monthly injections of zoladex my last one was in June the last 2 months I have had bleeding for about 10 days not very heavy now I have noticed bleeding after bowel movement (tmi I know but worried )I am waiting for a laparoscopy hopefully soon (nhs waiting list)I have told the doctor but she says as I am being treated just to wait as normal does anyone else have this?
