Pain relief

Hi all

Newbie on here! Over the last few months the pain has been getting steadily worse and no I'm getting back ache daily along with cramps and leg ache. Has anyone got any pain relief suggestions. Ibuprofen and paracetamol don't help and codeine is ok for a while but of course you can't take it for long. Any suggestions would be great. X

I use combinations of ibuprofen, paracetamol, diclofenac suppositories, over the counter strength co-codamol, mefenamic acid and tramadol depending how bad the pain is (as obviously not all of these can be taken together). Codeine isn't enough, especially not on it's own, and makes me throw up anyway which makes me feel worse :/
