Hi all, I had a lap and hysterscopy for removal of endometriosis and polyps in the womb on the 4th aug. I am still spotting brown gooey sort of blood. Has anyone else had this? ive already had my period... as usual the GP keeps telling me its 'normal'...
Hospitals dont tell us about what to expect in terms of bleeding etc...

Hi, bleeding after a lap is normal and can take up to three months apparently to settle,especially if a mirena coil was fitted after. It's brown as it's old blood, your period should be red though
