Bleeding & cramping long after lap

Hi everyone. I had a lap back in April, some endo removed and was put on the combined pill (Marvelon) continuously with a week break every 3 months. We're going to start trying for a baby after the next pack ends but in the last 2 weeks, I've had bad cramping, bleeding, hot flushes and bad pelvic and back pain like the old days. I really thought the pill was keeping my endo at bay, has anyone else had this happen? Thanks a lot
