Have you tried magnesium? Either an evening Epsom salts bath or a supplement with evening meal. I find I get a better night's sleep and then the fatigue is not as bad.

No I haven't tried anything, I think I'm so used to just working through my tiredness that now I've got some time off its more obvious to me! Thanks for the advice
