Nipple discharge after prostap??

I had my last prostap injection in may this year. I had a laparoscopy where they found adhesions at my c section scar which they removed some of it in June. My pain seemed to go straight away until such a time when the prostap would have stopped working. I felt my pain gradually get worse and worse and with them shutting the book on me no idea where to go next...anyway I woke up today with blood stained pj top going right through my white dressing gown. It's my nipple, just one side, bleeding and discharge. Did this happen to anyone else is it hormonal? I'm a bit worried of course.
