How do I cope with Endo
Hi Nicola, I've recently been diagnosed with Endometriosis but like you have been suffering for years, I struggle with low moods and it seems like a constant rollarcoaster of emotions, I have the mirena coil which seems to work for me and controls my pain although it's still early days. I find that people don't understand how I feel and what I'm going through I hope to find a support group so I can talk to others. Hope it helps a little :).
I had the mirena coil fitted last year but it hasn't made much difference so have the injections again as its too soon for another operation.... I am so emotionally unstable at the moment... My weight is so unstable as well which isn't helping, it's so hard talking to people because they don't understand. I hope the coil helps you out. Xx
R I'm so sorry the coil didn't work for you, it's so emotional I found out this week my endometriosis is very extensive which scares me especially thinking to the future. All the time they are making so many advances with medication let's hope they find something that works for you soon, I'm lucky my weight is stable but have read so many things about how diet can really help but not sure how true this is, Sorry I couldn't be more help hope you are able to find something that helps soon Xx
