Zoladex implant.

Hi everyone had my first of just 3 Zoladex implants today,Had 2 full 6 months before some years ago,was surprised to be offered a lacal annaesetic as never offered one before.From what i could remember the implant was not at all painful so was usrprised by the offer and thought maybe how it was done in some way had been changed to warrant the local,but was told no,I decided not to have it and on a scale of 1 to 10 ,with 10 being the highest for me the implant was no more then a 2 for about 3 seconds so please think hard and be brave if you can and dont have the local as i feel the local is wose then the implant.I am so so hoping the 3 months give me some life back after a good few really horrific years,of pain and vile bleeding for at least 20 days each month and once for 5 whole long heavy months,giving birth would have been less,i am so close to the meno and have had endo for more then half my life, i really want a hysterectomy to literally be the only option to me,i have had zoldex 3 timeswhich i know is a little unusual)had 3 mirenas which all fell out due to blood loss and an ablation while i was awake and i saw my fibroids removed,they were zapped away,an amazing thing to see(i was awake for the whole time)I am also waiting for my thrid Iron infusion,and can i just say never underestimate how ill you can be with server low iron.Cross your fingers for me everyone need all the luck i can get xxx

Hi are you being seen by a specialist in a bsge centre, if not I would suggest a referral to one, they are much more experienced than the general gyne, good luck x
