Has anyone else experienced this? I keep waking up at night really shaking, almost like a trembling feeling. I can also be like it for a bit first thing in the morning and on and off all day. It's really starting to get to me because it's every night atm xx

Shaking/Trembling
Hi,
It sounds anxiety based as that will give you the shivers, sometimes down one side of the body.
Sometimes that can be a vitamin deficiency.
Ive had that shakiness before and both my iron and b were low.
I wld get your bloods checked and see what comes up.
Kind regards
Rose
I am going to speak to my doctor to be on the safe side as it's starting to get me down I can deal with it better in the day but when it wakes me up in the night it's no fun
Thank you x
Kirstie, I get that pulse racing, shaky feeling but hadn't thought about the vitrvitramin deficiency link that Rose mentioned. I have just started on a B complex so early dayts but will let you know if it helps. Am going tobtake an iron supplement. Rose did your GP check yr levels for Vits?
Hi,
Yes they did, checked for iron,b and d and thyroid.
All were low,but got the d up myself by sitting in the sun.
The b i started drinking milo once day, plus a good cereal and dinner.
Iron has been harder to keep up take a supplement for that each day

Have you tried floradix which is in a liquid and can help with low iron levels. Also Iodine which is good for thyroid.
Hi,
I did try floradix, but it was not keeping up with the blood loss,so needed something stronger.
I think ive found something just yesterday im trialling.
If it works ill post it on here.
Thank you though, any help is appreciated.

It's always worse at night for me too. The pain is better when I'm moving during the day. Can be very faint and almost passing out/ vomitting in the morning. Horrible!
