I had my lap just over 2 weeks ago. My stitches have been fine but I'm now experiencing a burning sensation in 2 of the incisions, is this normal? Also does anyone know if u can have a stitch removed? I have 1 that is so tight it keeps pulling and is causing discomfort.

Hello there! Yes you can have them removed, I had mine taken out 7 days after, they were dissolvable if that makes a difference. Ring your surgeons receptionist to double check and then make an appointment with GP nurse asap.
With the burning, the closest I've had to that is itching quite badly. Im sorry I can't be more help,for the burning sensation! I hope you get it sorted! Xx
