Leg pain : I have to endo cyst .does anyone... - Endometriosis UK
Leg pain
I have both, but Honestly I never connected the wrist pain with endo. I always thought it was due to bad posture while working on computer or something like that.
The leg pain (sciatic endometriosis) I have it, but since I have started taking supplements the pain is mostly gone. Try a magnesium soak or bath is good for the pain. Usually I try to exercise and stretch, yoga for example, is good and helps.
The wrist pain you can check for ganglion natural remedies. I usually use a stretch bandage when the pain is too much so I can work etc. However, today whilst doing my betonite clay mask for my glands and limphatic system, I also put a bit on the wrist and the pain is gone. Pretty good.

I have leg pain with my endo, it feels like my shin is splitting. I've never read about wrist pain being connected to it before, but now you've made me wonder if my wrist pain is related. Sometimes my wrist and hand feel bruised or sprained. The only thing I could think was that something is touching a nerve somewhere. I take painkillers to try and help or use a TENs machine
Just reading these replies so weird I have a cysts and on the same side I get pain in my hip as if it tries to pop and on the opposite wrist it is very tender especially if I lift something heavy feels like it's about to snap. Where can I get stuff for a magnesium bath at this point I'm ready to give anything ago
I often get repetitive strain injury pain in my wrists and elbows. I also can get pain in my left shoulder joint. Spoke to my specialist who said endo sufferers can also be susceptible to other conditions such as arthritis etc.
