I have the mirena fitted and haven't bled much but I've been taking antibiotics and prednisolone for 2 days and have been bleeding very fresh blood and clots for the last two evenings with severe back and pelvic pain. Do you think the medication has affected the mirena? I'm really worried. We had intercourse 2 nights ago also so could even be that.
