Spotting when exercising

Hello ladies , 

I have adenyomosis and all though it's been  under control with the mini pill at the moment ( just got over urine infection , and IBS ) I always bleed when I exercise  Does this happen to anyone else ?  I need to loose weight as I'm sure since I've  put weight on my symptoms have been worse .
