Does anyone experience pain when moving about and over exertion and particular bending down and also feel lightheaded when bending ?

Hello Claire! 

Yes, bending down or twisting gives me pain, sometimes when moving about but not all the time. I say that, but I'm so used to some of the pain now, it doesn't bother me as much.  I too get lightheaded when bending, sometimes even when eating!

I hope find a release soon! X

It's awful, I've just handed my notice in as have part time cleaning job and just can't cope as constantly feeling lightheaded with all the bending as well as the pain as it's just too physical.
