Arrgghhhh, I feel like screaming today. My back is agony, I can't remember the last time I stood up completely straight, the tiredness is making me feel a bit delirious, I've been off work for 2 weeks and I'm literally going a bit mad! Endometriosis is basically rubbish but I'm about to take some painkillers and try to get out in the sunshine. Wish me luck. X

Good luck AnnaB1979 ! I hear you today.  My symptoms have won today.  We are on holiday (but staying at home). Knowing it was going to be sunny we planned a lovely dayout with our gorgeous little boy.  I got my clothes ready but just had to lie down.  My family have gone out and I went back to bed.  You are right it is rubbish on so many levels...I  hope you made it out and have got to enjoy some of that sunshine xx

Aw bless you. I made it as far as the garden so I'm lying on a blanket. All my grand plans of a big sunny walk... Still nice to have sunshine though. Tomorrow's another day...X
