Has anyone tried cutting out coffee and noticed an improvement ?
Also , I sooo miss my skinny jeans ! When I wear them they dig into my tummy and it gets sore . Feel like a tramp in tracksuit bottoms. May have to invest in more jeggings 😔

Hi I cut out caffeine last July and have actually found I have more energy. Have you tried high wasted jeans.. I found them more comfortable and more flattering.
Cut out caffeine - switched to peppermint tea, better than painkillers and buscopan for bowel Endo. Also cut out red meat, eggs, dairy and alcohol - big improvement!
I so love eggs 😱! Trying to cut out caffeine but do it slowly . Are organic eggs not ok???
Animal products particularly eggs/red meat/dairy have animal oestrogens in them which when added to an Endo lady's already high oestrogen level isn't a good combo.... In saying that apparently organic are OK in the Endo diet, unless you have a lot of bowel symptoms as they can exacerbate things. endo-resolved.com/diet.html
Ha I purchased a size up in the Leigh Topshop jeans. They are super soft! Highly recommended them.
I've never been much of a coffee drinker, so can't comment on that x
Jeggings are the way forward - can only wear trousers that are stretchy now.
