Am I giving up too quickly?

Hello everyone, hope you're all ok.

I've been on zoladex for nearly 6 weeks now and apart from the odd day I've felt pretty rubbish on it, I've had migraines, dizziness, very shaky, achy and feeling unwell most of the time. I don't know if this is worth less pain? Is it worth carrying on and having another injection if it changes or just go ahead seeing a specialist where I'm expecting to be operated on again (I was operated on twice within 9 months and they didn't want to touch me again so soon)
