hi ladies, I just had my egg collection on Wednesday and only one collected, the next day I been told it was abnormally fertilized,

so can anybody tell me does this mean it is the end of the cycle. after my second scan I request to stop and start later because I didn't believe I will get anything from only one follicle, but they keep saying it looks healthy and carried on, does anybody had poor respond and turned to good afterwards. plus I was full of cold as soon as I started my injection (short protocol, due to bad endo and surgeries) and felt tired stressed from work, don't know is this affected me produce more eggs or it just my endo overy condition.

thank you whoever can give a bit idea, I just really need strength to keep me going.
