I think women who have gone through the change or even had a hysteretomy have been found to have endo

Yes you can, for what ever reason you don't have periods, your body still has estogen and endo can self feed.

I had it all through my adult life undiagnosed. I wasn't diagnosed until 3 years after my periods had stopped. By which time it was causing major bowel problems, balance problems, ENT problems, constant low level headaches, feeling like my brain just wasn't working, breathlessness and extreme tiredness.

I had a hysterectomy and bowel surgery 15 months ago. The best decision I ever made !

I kept one ovary so that I wouldn't go into premature menopause. All my Endo was excised during surgery too.

I no longer have periods but my body still has a 'cycle' as my ovary is still working. (I still get PMT) My specialist told me that while my ovary still works I could develop more Endo problems.

So Yes, even without periods Endo can still be a nuisance!

X
