Hi there, just wondering if anyone with Endo suffers from lower back pain. I have a dull ache now on and off but its starting to keep me awake at night. Im at my wits end at this stage and wondering if the two may be connected.

Yes I suffer terribly with my back it moves from the centre into what can only be described as kidney pain.

Baths help me.

I've only ever had lower back pain or radiating back pain up my whole spine and it is endo caused so my specialist says and I couldn't sleep! I've been prescribed amitriptaline and cocodamol for night time so I can go into a gentle sleep and not feel drowsy in the morning! Hope this is useful best of luck xxx

I get back ache too, by the end of a work day at the office I just want to stand up because sitting is putting too much pressure on my back.

I have found a heat pad helps me sleep, and the automatic shut off means it is safe to use at night.

And I have recently been using kinesio tape (you know the blue tape athletes and other sports people wear). And I Googled how to tape my back, I didn't think it would work, but it actually helps quite a lot. I still feel some pain but the support of the tape takes most of the pain away. May be worth a try, you can get a cheap roll on amazon.

I was thinking if I did stretches that might help... but when you're in pain.. well I haven't started stretching yet! I always say "tomorrow"

Would be interested in others solutions!
