Bladder endo

Hi could anyone tell me if having traces of blood in urine could be caused by endo? Thanks

Ooh, following... I've had this too.

First time was put down to a "UTI", second time was just kinda ignored...

I always have blood in urine with no infection, can't see it with eye, so following too

Thought I had uti in August and GP said no infection but traces of blood, been having pain lately so when I saw nurse today for my final Zoladex injection asked if she could test urine . I do have an infection but also traces of blood again. Was told at previous ultrasound the my endometrioma was pressing on bladder which was why I keep needing to go . I go anything up to 20 times a day. Now I'm starting to wonder whether my bladder is involved.

Hi Jean, do you know if a MRI shows up endo on bladder and bowel, or is it only when it's deep endo, ??

I haven't got a clue I've never had one . I had an internal ultrasound with a specialist sonographer in October and it showed my bowel was involved, but she said my bladder looked OK . I suppose I'll find out soon enough. I hope your ok Hun.

I know this is an older post... However I had this, and am currently recovering from lap and cystoscopy and although I thought endo was effecting my bladder in fact it was my bowel but during the cystoscopy they found cystitis deep in my bladder which they believe may be the cause of the blood in urine and frequent UTI so now on preventative antibiotics for at least 3 months..
