Where have most of you had your Lap?

Waiting to be reffered for a lap from my gp. I'm not sure where they will be sending me my nearest big hospital I guess where I had my ultrasound done. Do you go to endo specialist or normal gyne ? Thanks in advance xx

I went through general gyne Hun but mine was urgent however still was cared for brilliantly xx

Thanks. I got another appt with my gp hopefully will be reffered somewhere. Since my last appt I've had an ultrasound which didn't show much. Just don't want time off work but I guess health comes first. And the thought of my fertility on the line scares me i want something done X.

They have said to me not to worry about my fertility but I never know what to believe! Yeah you definitely want it sorting before it grows if that's what it is.

But if it isn't showing on the ultrasound don't worry too much about fertility not shows on there if it's really bad so calm down Hun it's probably just the odd bit on your uterus that they will rid of. Finfers crossed anyway!!!!! Hope you get the treatment you need xxx

My advise would be to get your gp to refer you to a bgce centre one that's nearest to you. They can do this through the choose and book system. Xx

Thanks guys. My nearest is Bristol or Oxford. I'm guessing I'll need someone to drive me there & back I feel terrible for having to take holiday let alone get someone else to to take me got my next gp appt in 2 weeks I've had ultrasound etc done so hopefully this will be the next step.
