Today is a bad day

Hi all, today isn't great and I'm pretty sure it's down to the intercourse I had last night with my partner.

Since I woke up I've had intense period type pain and sharp pain in my tail bone which is making me feel sick and shaky and I feel so tired I'm trying to work but I just want to sleep.

I haven't had it this bad since before my prostap I forgot how intense this is. My postap symptoms seemed to have settled down a month later, i went straight onto the pill so no period so I thought I wouldnt experience this anymore...

Has anyone else experienced this all over again after treatment?
