Painless period??

Hello ladies. I went for a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday and was told everything looks fine and then my period came last night and instead of having severe contraction type pains like my last 3 or 4 periods its been almost painless! Just a very dull ache on my right side lower back and a twingy type burning pain lower right side that comes and goes? I guess what am I asking is it possible to have Endo and a mild period now and then?? But leading up to this period was quite painful around a week ago the pain woke me up from my sleep. I just feel a bit lost, I dont want to waste anyone's time but I can't see how I could have made up the pains of the past periods and all the other symptoms? thank you in advance x
