Is this endo?

I was diagnosed with endo back in 2003. I was on Norethisterone for a couple of years and then the Mirena Coil. This was removed in 2008. Since then no periods or bleeding.

Previous history includes 3 lots of dermoid cysts removed by Laparotomy, 1 etopic, gall bladder and appendix out.

I have been having lower back pain & abdomen pain. Bloods were done last week and an ultrasound is due this Friday.

The doctor said that my pain is probably from adhesions and scar tissue. if so should I insist on a laparoscopy? Apart from finding cysts, what else would the ultrasound show up?
