Hi I am in the process of a complaint procedure does anyone have any tips or anyone that can support me?

Who is the complaint against? I recently had to make a complaint about my local hospital. I contacted the patient advisory service PALS at the hospital who were very helpful and took the complaint up for me. I received an email from them within 2 hours and saw the consultant with 48 hours.

Against hospital. I've gone through pals. It's basically gone to the top and is in a formal procedure.

Write everything down for yourself, keep a diary and proof like medical notes or other things that can help you with your complaint.
