endo pain

Hi ladies, I was diagnosed last year via lap so far I have been treated with mirena, many options of pain relief and am now on provera tablets. I occasionally get a very sharp shooting pain in my lower abdomen when the endo pain is at its worst, it usually lasts around 15mins an then goes away, can come 5-6 times a day at worst, this seems to have got worse and more frequent over the last week (first time since taking provera) and Im wondering if any of you have experienced this type of pain? even when im on my maximum dose of painkillers it makes no difference! any help/advice would be appreciated xxx
