Swollen lymph nodes under arm? A month after surgery

Hi everyone, I have Endo. I had surgery a month ago, I got two infections after but I had antibiotics and rested and they've passed.

I've been feeling better but a few days ago I noticed tender lumps under my arm. Now I've got about 4 little ones, swollen and slightly protruding and red.

I use to get swollen glands and lymph nodes a lot before I started suppressing my period. But I'm off the pill post surgery and wondering if it's just a sign my periods coming or a typical Endo symptom? Or is it an infection and I should see the doctor?
