4 years ago i had laprascopy to remove endometriosis. Since then i experience these symptoms almost every day, from lower back pain, pelvic pain and joint pains in the knees, hips and elbows, my stomach bloated and my entire abdomen is very sensitive to touch or wear anything tight, my bladder feels full all the time, but i only produce small amounts of urine when i go. And when i feel like my blader is full i get pain in my bladder and have to rush to the loo quickly.
When i get my period, the pain near my pelvis or uterus feels like a very dull pain, this pain goes right around my thighs, lower back , abdomen, as if i am wearing a large band around my pelvic or torso area. And it is very sensitive to touch and i get some sharp zaps every now and then in the left groin area near my left leg. Right now i am sitting here with a very hot hot water bottle and eating tablets of neurophen to help with the pain, but i don't have my period yet. I also work in a position which involves sitting down a lot, but requires me to answer phones non-stop for 8 hours, so i have to keep leaning back and forth every two seconds which causes more back pain. I have tried everything for the pain, Nsaids, hot water bottle, standing, sitting, Vitex herbs, drinking no coffee , eating gluten free food, not eating red meat. And nothing is working.
I have noticed also that there is a foul smell coming from my bowel which gets stronger 1 week before my period is due and gets worse when i have my period. It smells like fish or chemical with fish or ammonia with fish and chemical and i cannot get rid of it. I know 100 percent it is not from my vagina, it is 100 % from my bowel , i never had this issue until i had this laproscopy surgery, this smell came after 1 month after the surgery and it is extremely embarrassing as i know people in the office can smell it, its in my underwear and when i wipe i can smell it on the toilet paper even if i don't pass a stool the tissue is clean, but when i wipe the rectum area, the tissue is still clear but i smell it on the tissue paper, it has the fishy smell.
