I had endo attached to my bowel. Had pain and was always constipated, very bad cramps, stabbing pains and a lot of swelling. After my 2 laps I had issues. The scar tissue was causing me to go to loo for no2 a lot (almost like water) and then constipated. It got so bad I had to have a camera to see what was going on. Doctor said that the scar tissue was causing my intestines to almost look like a tied balloon. When I had my scan I’m sure they said my intestines were all over the place. They just prescribed me laxido.

I have bowel endo and my bowel is tethered to my pelvis. I'm constantly constipated though on periods I find it easier to go for a bm, sometimes there is blood but my colonoscopy came back clear. My left side is so painful, almost feels like something is getting blown up like a balloon which then bounces when I walk which causes pain. I got prescribed Laxio, Fybogel and Lactulose.

Thanks I've always suffered with my bowels but they got worst over the years. My doc ordered every test possible an I found out I had a rectoseal which the hospital prescribed linoctide I also have senna, but my endo has been causing a lot of pain going to the toilet it started with my bowels but now it's even hurting me to go for a wee. On my last lap they removed a fibroid as for my left side it feels like something is twisting getting worried now as I want kids

The best way to keep your bowels moving is with supplementing with magnesium every day. Also vitamin c in bigger dosages helps. When you feel constipated take Ascorbic acid up to 2 -4 grams a day and it will do the trick. In the same time you will boost your immunity. Only watch out for good quality supplements. Not like supermarket vitamin c which is made in China from GMO corns. Watch out label that it is NON GMO. amazon.co.uk/NutriBiotic-As...

That is a good brand. That big bottle lasts for a year, it is massive. I can also recommend to by a book by Lara Briden - Period repair manual. A lot of natural solutions for endometriosis there. Health to you all. :) I am much better these days with natural treatment.

I too have bowel endo and get pain in my left side. My bowel is attached to my uterus and ovaries. It feels like constant stitch or sometimes a pulling pain. I get bloating, trapped wind and constipation and symptoms are a lot worse during my period. I use senna and colpermin (they contain peppermint oil) for the wind / bloating and also drink peppermint tea. But any other advice would be helpful.

Have you told doctor about black poo and bleeding. This should be investigated. I couldn’t face sex either when I had bowel issues. Wishing you all the best
