I had excision surgery in November and my pain didn't go away. Just found out ive got 3.5cm cysts on both ovaries. Would it be likely they are endometriomas or just your normal uncomplicated cysts? Thank you x

Unfortunately it would be to hard to say, but it's likely to be either I'm affraid, if you have been diagnosed with endo,
What is their next move, how did they find the cysts?
Xxx
Thank you for replying! Was diagnosed by transvaginal scan. I had total peritunium excision and other endo removed in November. Had very little relief from it! Very frustrating! Can't bare to just be left to deal with them. I have pretty severe symptoms which stop me from doing the majority of things normal people do eg: exercise, have sex, work etc.. My experience with the Nhs though is that I will not be taken seriously unfortunately x
No I went private for the tpe, it cost me £15'000 he said it would be an extra charge so can't afford to carry on seeing him. The NHS did this scan, just concerned they'll just say watch n wait as ive had the pain on my right ovary for a long time. I'm getting a bit concerned that it's more than just an ovarian cyst as I'm having so many ovarian cancer symptoms. From most websites it says they are common and don't cause any symptoms or pain? X
