Hi I just been sent home from work as came over all strange, dizzy and sweaty, nauseous, severe weakness down legs and shaky! I think it is related to period as first day ....felt ok apart from the pain up until then and it came over me suddenly..

Should I be worried and go docs???

Was there any other factor, stressful situation, room temperature, lack of food/drink?

Did you take anything for the pain?

I'd only taken what I normally take for the pain so wasn't that!!!

No stressful situation. Had bad stomach cramps before it but then came suddenly.....I usually get the nausea and thigh pain etc with my period pain but not as suddenly as this happened!!

I am awaiting a diagnostic lap for endometriosis as gynaecological think I have it and possibly adenomyosis!!!

I would think it was a one off due to being first day and the pain. Only other thing I can think of is anaemia or low blood pressure. If the feelings passed quickly I personally would not be concerned, however if you are worried seek your doctors opinion. K xo

Hi lovely

Sorry to hear about what has happened to you. I don't know if you have eaten recently.

I am not sure if you are aware or not but there is a conception between endo and low blood sugar level. I get it particularly bad when my period is due.

I hope it's just one off for you hun

Hi there, so sorry to hear you are feeling so bad! Before going on the birth control pill for endo, I passed out every month without fail. The pain would get so bad that I'd just pass out. The nausea and the sweating and the shaky legs, it was terrible.

I hope you are feeling better. K xx
