Sorry for the moan but having a bad day today, I am tricycling my pill to help manage my symptoms and I am about 2.5 packets in, so still a couple of weeks from my break. My body is not happy with this! My hubby has run a 10k race today which I was driving him there to support him. Car journey from hell, I almost had to pull over with shooting pains, lower back pain and I was actually sweating in the end trying to breathe through the pain. Standing waiting for him at the finish line was interesting, I couldn't straighten up due to the pain, so stood looking like a stooped old lady.
It always seems it flares up when I least want it, for example when I went to Crufts for the day in March, fine all week, Crufts day comes...pain.
Does anyone else find this?? I am starting to wonder if I am bringing it on myself by stressing about it 😕
