Advice please!

I have eventually been booked in for a lap to see if I have endo or not after years of pain. I have alot of the symptoms for it but my consultant is very vague and was trying to convince me it is a bowel problem? Has anybody been diagnosed with something bowel related even though all your symtoms pointed to endo? Seemed a bit strange is all!

Severe period pain also in my back and upper thighs. Also have always had irregular and erratic bleeding. Pain is almost daily but worse towards the end of the month. He suggested bowel related problems as I do get very bloated and when the pain is very bad it causes me to have diarrhea but i thought thats quite common?

Do you experience pain on a particular side or is it both thighs? Endometriosis can cause bowel problems endo could be growing on the bowel or you could have it in a area between the uterus and the rectum called the pouch of douglas this usually causes a left sided leg pain xx

They could be endo hun, really hard to tell until they do your laparoscopy, but endo can certainly cause bowel problems. If you feel thar you may have it then have It checked out, it's a funny disease some people have stage 4 endo and no symptoms but some people have a small amount and chronic pain.

I hope it gets resolved for you soon xx
