Feeling low

Hi guys

Did a bad thing and Googled my symptoms again so obviously I'm now panicking about being unwell again. Convincing myself I've got cancer or something.

Abdominal pains have improved, but feel tired and irritable constantly. Crave sugary sweets all the time and worried it's going to affect my weight. Constantly itchy everywhere! starting to wonder if docs are wrong about possible endo.

Ahhhh what a horrible night
