Newbie in agony

Hi, this is my first time on here. I've recently been diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis. I've tonnes of scaring and my pelvis is all fused together. I'm in agony a lot of the time. I take tramadol on a regular basis to control the pain along with anti inflamatries. I was wondering if anyone has any other tips that could help to minimise the pain, such as a change in diet, exercise, vitamins etc? I'm willing to try anything at this stage, I'm desperate to get my life back

Try cutting out dairy and gluten! It doesn't help reduce the pain and the amount of painful episoded you may have

Diet changes can really help some women. Google it...I found various websites on it when I first was diagnosed. :-) Everyone is different but I cut down on dairy, refined and processed foods and cut wheat out after a consultation with a nutritionist (she wrote a book on endo and nutrition...Dian Shepperson mills) I wouldn't recommend you cut anything out though until you had some advice as it may leave you deficient in some essential nutrients. Also I did find acupuncture helped with coping with pain, but it was only a short course. Best of luck Laura xxx

Try agnus castus, every night. Flax seed oil tablets or oily fish regularly. Multi vits with minerals esp magnesium. Cut down on wheat and processed foods. Take colon cleansers. Remove as many toxins from your body as possible. I still enjoy red wine though. If you already do all this then sorry i can't help. Its improved my symptoms loads x

That's great, thank you very much for the advice. I've not tried a lot of these so hopefully they'll help x
