Endometriosis leaflet for employers

Hi All, I am off work at the moment in pain after a flexible sigmoidoscopy to investigate endo on my bowel amoung other things. I was told by hospital I could download a leaflet online to give my employer, but Google is not helping, I cannot find it. Can anyone help me??

It was on the charity website at one point - it might be in the information packs you can download endometriosis-uk.org/public...
