Anyone else struggling with fatigue?? No matter how much or little I sleep I am constantly exhausted. Could this be endo related?? I was diagnosed 3 years ago and have pretty much been ignored by every doctor I've seen since. Any answers would be greatly appreciated as feeling really down x

There are 545 previous posts on fatigue

have a read through some of them. Just about all of us suffer with varying degrees of fatigue with having endo, and even when all existing endo is removed - the fatigue factor has no cure, no quick fixes.

Just have to adapt how you live to accommodate needing a load more rests in the day after any activities if you can manage it.

Do get thyroid levels checked too - and sometimes that can make it worse and would be improved with the right meds.

Hey love.

I am new to this and saw your post. I was recently diagnosed and have been suffering from fatigue for some time. I find that exercise does help this but have no idea if it is definitely endo related. It is really frustrating so I do feel for you and sometimes others you are close to just do not understand.

Have you tried out the endo diet? I have recently been cutting out dairy and red meat which has helped me a little.

Keep positive :) xxx

Thank you for the advice guys it is very much appreciated :) Im always amazed at the help received on this website, I think endo is quite a lonely condition as many people don't understand it. It's nice to talk to people that know how it feels! Xx
