Symptoms after Laparascopic Surgery

Hi all,

I am slightly concerned about some symptoms I am experiencing after surgery.

I am bleeding very heavily still and am still in excrutiating pain - my surgery was on the 27th August.

I havent been able to leave bed as I feel so weak with the blood loss.

I am sure I am over reacting but it is always nice to hear opinions from others.

Hi, sorry to hear you feel like this. I personally would suggest you go to the gp, I don't think you should have such heavy blood loss and be feeling so weak. It might be ok but I would get checked out. Hope things improve for you soon x

Hi I had some bleeding afterwards, then suffered a period (which wasn't helpful!) 3 days after both laparoscopies. If it was me, I would go and see your doctor, or even go to A and E. You're coming up to a month x

Don't over worry there's a reason for everything,you just need to deal with it.

You will feel tired, it's natural.

1 - after surgery

2- bleeding constantly

3- feeling down about it is exhausting
