Question : choc cysts

Does anyone suffer really bad nausea with choc cysts and generally feeling really unwell? I was wondering if there was anything I could do to help with sickness?

I took motilium tablets over the counter and they dissolved on my tongue fast acting.

However I came to the conclusion that the nausea was due to hormones rather the. choc cysts they were just damn painful.

I have suffered for years with endo and adeno and choc cysts and I've had a total hysterectomy.

I get terrible sickness that comes on so quick ! Ive tryed all sorts but nothing works other than not eating till it passes & only then eating what a crave or fancy or else it start all over again !!!

Have you tried ginger capsules? I have found them helpful in the past. Also I discovered fennel, peppermint and licorice tea and tried that the other day when having a bout of nausea and it helped.
