Hi ladies sorry to keep asking questions but my gp doesn't seem that interested if I'm honest I have been put on 30mg of amitriptyline and it hasn't helped me one bit but they doctors have said to increase it slowly to up 120mg a night but she hasn't told me how to increase slowly has anyone got any ideas how I can do this . Thank you all so much xx

You need to be advised by the doctor for sure. Many different factors are associated with increasing medications.. ( time you have been on them, other medications you are currently taking) ask how long you take at what dose and what do you increase it to each time you do. Every person is different and react differently. Wish i could give you a magic answer but only your doctor will be able to calculate whats best for you individually. Hang in there :)
